Cody-
A Bangkok digital nomad! My kind of guy! Gregory is a subscriber to http://www.stillnessspeaks.com and I am looking for digital nomads to help our non profit build a comprehensive distribution channel for awakening. I am stumbling along, building facebook groups, RSS feeds, submitting podcasts to itunes, and building what we hope will be the largest database of truth lovers in the world. Perhaps, you might have suggestions on how to help. Your website is very nice.

Thanks, Cody, for including me on this list.
I’m not sure my thinking lately qualifies as “positive” as I’ve been in a critical funk all winter, and I’ve also been critical of many of the others on this list (esp. the first 3), but I’m honored nonetheless.
See you around,
~Duff

Cody, I have followed your work for a long time. I find the fact that you were able to go to Thailand and live there and get to know the people has changed you to a global thinker. I value that.
Some days so many negatives bombard us that we have to be very intentional about remaining positive. It really made a difference in my life. I was unaware a few years ago of the number of negatives I spoke in a day. Our brains pick that up. I wanted to change that for my own good and for the good of those around me. That is why you’ve noticed that I do take a positive approach.
I’m honored to be named in this list.
Keep up the great work you do on this blog.

Thanks for the comments guys.
@Duff, we all go through funks. I’ve been there in the last few months too, but things are starting to turn around. It’s always an up-and-down cycle. But I think critical thinking and questioning authority/challenging assumptions is a necessary part of being positive and healthy too!

@Cody I totally agree. I’m learning to appreciate depression and funkiness as important to authentic personal growth.
I was watching a video tonight actually of Adyashanti–a spiritual teacher my girl is really in to–and he was saying that depression is a reasonable response to seeing the crap that everyone is trying to avoid looking at! But it’s also no place to stay for an extended vacation. My goal is to integrate that information into something we positively do or a better world we can create.

Thanks for the post. I have always felt that any legit, constructive advice is good advice and this is where the social media scene comes in. No one is perfect, give and receive value, ala giving and receiving advice.

Thanks for sharing. I love getting doses of positivity online, it’s what you surround yourself with that shapes your own perspective, so of course I can’t get enough of it. You’ve given me a few new gems to follow… much appreciated!
