RSS feeds are an easy, free way to keep track of sites that update frequently. Rather than wasting your time checking back several times a month or even daily to see if there is new material, let me send updates to you automagically! Lots of people who read blogs use an RSS reader like Google Reader, Bloglines, NewsGator, My Yahoo, etc. It makes it much easier to read your favorite sites, since the reader will aggregate everything in one place for you and notify you when your favorite sites are updated with fresh content.
