I finally received video footage from the Guerrilla Entrepreneurs Seminar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where I spoke about my experience as a nomadic entrepreneur and permanent traveler back in August.
My friend Hani Khaursar invited me to share the stage with some great folks including Vishen Lakhiani, Brian Wong, and others, and I discussed lifestyle design, finding your purpose and passion in business, geo-arbitrage, and living the digital nomad lifestyle anywhere you choose.
We had a blast! Attendees to the full-day summit paid more than $100 to hear our talks, but here’s your free ticket to watch my presentation below (hopefully I won’t get in trouble with Hani). Also you can follow along with my interactive visual presentation right below the video.
Enjoy!
Let me reiterate what I said at the end of my presentation:
The tools and the resources are the easy part—it’s the mindset, and breaking your preconceived ideas about your business and your life that’s difficult.
But I’ve said it before, if I can do this, anyone can do this.
If you’re serious about learning the mindset and overcoming the challenges that are holding you back from living life fully, on your own terms, then take a look at Digital Nomad Academy, where we bring together a faculty of incredible, experienced entrepreneurs from all backgrounds who’ve done it, that can help lead you where you want to go.
If you enjoy the presentation above, you can also watch my interview on the Leaderonomics Show in Kuala Lumpur, for more on similar topics.

Cody,
I enjoyed the GES presentation. Nice work.
Hope all is well.

Hey Smith, thanks for the comment, good to see you still stop by here now and then thanks buddy.
Hi Cody and readers! If you’re looking for the fastest methods known to man to change your limiting beliefs about your life, your vision, or creating a personal business, check out the website above. I have no personal investment in this company, but I’d be glad to put anyone interested in touch with those who do! Best wishes. Onward and upward! Julia
Cody,
I enjoyed this presentation as I’m sure about your experience with your business (and therefore your content) and awesome camera angle. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest the following improvements:
- use a wireless clicker rather than pressing on the keyboard (to improve flow)
- rehearse some portions more to reduce attention lapses
Cheers,
Stanley
Hey Stanley, thanks for the constructive feedback. Some issues are always beyond one’s control (I was using a wireless clicker to start but it wasn’t working properly) and sometimes you just have to adapt on the spot and do the best you can with the unexpected elements a situation gives you!
Thanks for watching.
Hi Cody,
Thanks for the video. I missed it(GES) but I’m glad to be able to view it here.
Hey Cody I am subscribed to your early bird email list but I never received an email about the Digital Nomad 101 resources guide. Is there something else I need to do?
Nice, pleasant surprise and a deja vu for me because I abandoned a lot of these deliberate lifestyle precepts after the cultural shift of the 60s and 70s turned into nonsense. Thanks, Cody for being a next gen truth-teller.
