But, just set yourself realistic goals you know you can accomplish, that&#039;s the key. If sleeping and letting your body mend itself are all you can accomplish--that&#039;s still an accomplishment. And like Patricia posted in her article, at least you can do some thinking about things while you rest...</description>

I had two days off last week for my asthma (bush fire season here which makes it impossible for me to breathe) and although I tried to catch up on my writing homework and some work stuff, I ended up sleeping for most of the two days. Hardly productive.&lt;br /&gt;Feel better and good luck :)</description>
